Tom did an awesome job! This was a difficult sale due to many factors. Tom worked through each obstacle and stayed very professional the entire time. Tom really went above and beyond to market my property and he came through. Both he and his wife Petra worked hard to assist me on a closing that had many parts and pieces. Thanks to Tom, I was able to sell my property in Colorado and I never had to leave my state of Oklahoma. Tom was always willing to contact the necessary parties for me in order to insure a timely closing.
